Today, Attorney General Pam Bondi gave a testimony before the House Judiciary Committee. The session was focused on the Justice Department releases of the Jeffrey Epstein case files.
Bondi defended the DOJ'S release of 3 million case files, but received criticism from both republican and democratic parties for "over-redacting" the files, especially in regards to potential co-conspirators of Epstein.
During questioning Bondi states, that "pending investigations" were ongoing into individuals linked to Epstein. However this seems to contradict an earlier statement from her deputy that no further prosecutions were planned.
At least 10 Epstein survivors attended the hearing. Bondi expressed sorrow for their abuse, but repeatably refused requests from Democrats to apologize for the DOJ'S handling of their information, dismissing the demands as "theatrics".
